Portraits in a central London Members Club

I was commssioned to shoot a set of portraits of Abdalla for the Arabian business magazine for a feature on him and maybe also a front cover. We decided to shoot the editorial style business shoot in a private members club of which he was in a member in central london.

I was excited as a photographer to shoot in the club as they are always rich in areas where we can shoot, making for interesting backgrounds. Private members clubs can be a bit busy visually but I felt sure we could find some areas that would work for us. I was please to see so much available light beaming through the large woindows which did make for fabulous natural light portraits. Knowing we are trying to create a front cover too I choose to bring a plain background just incase we needed something simples that would work with text later on.
